Insatlled new parts. Teated unit and found no further issues. Job completed. During inspection, I found a leak at the sump assembly. Also there is an intermittent inlet water valve that is sticking.

Dueing inspection, I found the transmission is leaking oil. The oil has saturated the drive belt causing the burning smell the customer is talking about. Customer is going to purchase another unit. Job completed.

I installed new timer. Tested unit and found it to be operating normally. Job competed. ,During diagnostics, I found the timer has started to lock up. We will need to replace the timer to remedy the issue.

During inspection, I found the door baffle is not seating all the way when the door is closed. This is allowing warm air to enter into the refrigerator. Also, after about 15 mins of running, the units evap fan starting pulsing slow to high. I told the customer the PCB is causing the evap fan to pulse. Customer said she had a ticket in at GE for the issues associated with the refrigerator. I told her to pull on the baffle to make sure it was sealing. if the unit kept icing in the back, we would need to replace the PCB and possibly the door baffle.

Installed new dispenser. Tested unit and found no further issues. Job completed. During inspection, I found the water dispenser lever has broken and is activating the micro switch that controls the water/ice flow. We will need to replace the entire assembly to remedy the issue.
