So far so good. Rebecca in the office was great to work with on scheduling. Mike was perfectly on time for two visits, one to diagnose, one to replace a part. Explained everything thoroughly. Replaced only the part in our failed GE fridge that made sense. Tested the rest to verify function. Though only time will verify the fix (freezer icing up every couple of weeks), I have high confidence this was done right.
