adjusted igniter and cleaned out gas tubing and tested the unit five times and everything ignited properly just fine. Job complete

During diagnostics, Inwas unable to put the microwave into a cycle. The display and microwave control is not responding. Need to replace the display and controller. AHS has approved the repair and will supply the parts.

During diagnostics, I found water inside the unit on arrival and it was unplugged. I plugged the unit in and could not get it to drain. I found the harness to the drain pump had shorted. I fixed the wrong to the drain pump and tested. Unit is operating normally. No further issues found. Job completed.

Washer-During diagnostic, I found that I could very easily pouch the wash basket down by hand. Dampners are totally worn out. Clothes were going into the dryer when they were still very wet. Installed new dampners and tested the unit on Rinse and Spin. No further issues found. Dryer-I could not find any issues with the dryer. I believe the issue was caused by the clothes not being spun out during the spinning process. Job completed.
