Apon arrival I found the washer full of water. I ran a drain and spin only cycle while test for ( 120 V ) to drain pump. Drain pump receiving 120 V but not coming on. Customer needs new drain pump. Replaced drain pump and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
