Mike’s awesome! Friendly, helpful, and got the job done quickly!

So far so good. Rebecca in the office was great to work with on scheduling. Mike was perfectly on time for two visits, one to diagnose, one to replace a part. Explained everything thoroughly. Replaced only the part in our failed GE fridge that made sense. Tested the rest to verify function. Though only time will verify the fix (freezer icing up every couple of weeks), I have high confidence this was done right.

Exceptional service. Mike was incredibly kind, courteous, and patient. He patiently answered all of my questions as well as questions from my family and took the time to show us exactly what went wrong. He was also very quick to respond. He contacted us right away, scheduled an appointment for the next day, and even arrived early. The service was prompt, professional, and truly outstanding. He explained everything clearly, showed us what maintenance to do going forward, and helped guide us on how to prevent the issue in the future. His patience and willingness to help really stood out. Exceptional service all around. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
