Whirlpool Washer
During inspection, I found several issues with this unit. The unit is 27-years old. The transmission is leaking really bad. The timer will not work on several of the cycles. Also, the entire frame has severe rust from the unit leaking. Customer has decided to go with the upgrade option. I submitted the SA and talked with an agent. Job completed.

Installed new parts and tested units. No further issues found.
Job completed. ,Microwave/Oven Combo-The microwave heated just fine. I did find that the magnetron cover had a burn mark in it. I told the customer this is probably the reason he’s getting intermittent heat from the magantorn. Also, broil element will not operate. Bad relay on Control Board.
Dryer-The unit will intermittently power on and off. Bad Control Board.
AHS is supplying all the parts.
Frigidaire Refrigerator
customers complaint is that there was black specks getting into the water and ice. during my inspection I found that there was mold and bacteria growing in the dispenser. gave some helpful advice on how to clean it for customer. job completed
Whirlpool Microwave
During diagnostics, I found the diode had shorted out again. The connection to the capacitor was loose causing the short. Diode and capacitor replaced at no charge. Job completed.
GE Washer
During inspection, I noticed the unit would move when it got to “spin” cycle. I found the unit was unlevel and was moving from side to side, creating a squeaking noise. I re-levelled the unit and tested and found no further problems. Job completed.
Whirlpool Washer
Installed new PCB and tested unit. No further issues found.

Whirlpool DRYER
customers complaint is that the dryer was smoking and there was signs of sparking near the timer. turn my diagnosis I found some small areas of a small lint fire, the drum seal was completely torn away which was causing a small spark during spin and the dryer door switch was broken. I replaced the switch and drum seal and removed all the dryer lint. testing unit and the unit tested out okay. job complete

customers complaint is that the door came apart during the customers use and both front burners are not working.
this would require replacing the door assembly and two new burner switches. not economical for repair. recommended replacement

customers complaint is that the dryer would not start or run. found a thermal fuse blown. I replaced the thermal fuse and tested unit and everything tested out okay. job complaint
Lg Dryer
During diagnostics, the dryer was confirmed to be producing heat. However, temperature verification revealed intermittent heating performance—the unit cycles between heating and going cold. Diagnosis: Faulty main control board (PCB). Recommendation: The unit qualifies for upgrade options. The customer was contacted, the findings and upgrade path were explained, and she confirmed she would proceed with the upgrade.
