Installed parts. Tested unit and found no further issues. Job completed. ,During diagnostics, I found that Inhad no power to the circulation pump until I tapped on the PCB. Also, the lower spray arm is coming apart on the ends, and is hitting the heating element.

Insatlled new door seal. No further issues found. Job completed. During inspection, I noticed the door seal has become dry and is leaking. I will need to replace the door seal.

no show. Had to get dispatch to reschedule. I asked dispatch to get the lock code next time so we could go in. Suring diagnostics, I could not verify the customers complaint. The unit filled, washed and drained normally. The property manager was present during the testing. Also, the is a copper line connected to the unit. I told the property manager that the copper line would have to be replaced if we ever needed to pull the unit out. The copper line would need to be replaced with a stainless steel flex hose. Job completed.

During inspection, the customer said the unit is marking the clothes and they are finding black specks in the washer. This is due to buildup of detergent over time. The customer is using “Organic” detergent. These types of detergents have a greater degree of buildup along with fabric softeners. I recommended to the customer that he use vinegar and baking soda for at least 3-cycles to try and free up the remaining slug that builds up on the outer tub. Job completed.

Retrofitted the NG orifices to Propane. Tested all burners and found they are burning normally now. Job completed.
