GE Profile Washer-During inspection, noted a bad oil leak coming from the transmission(see attached picture). Also, timer is starting to stick when trying to select a cycle. This is a 23-year old unit. I’m recommending replacement of the unit. AHS IS GOING TO PUT THIS UNIT INTO REPLACEMENT OPTIONS. Whirlpool Microwave-The control display is not readable due to the LED lights going out. Also, front panel where the door handle is, has cracked. AHS IS GLING TO PUT THIS UNIT INTO REPLACEMENT OPTIONS. Admiral Dryer-I could not verify the customers complaint. No repair needed at this time.

During inspection, I found the dishwasher was full of water.I found that the garbage disposal was clogged around the dishwater hose area. I removed the clog and was able to drain the dishwasher. No further faults found. Job completed.

During inspection, I found the glass cooktop has cracked. Customer explained that he had a pot boiling on the L/F burner. He was sitting down on the couch and heard a “pop” sound. He went over to the stove and found the cooktop had cracked underneath the pot that was boiling. AHS HAS DECIDED TO REPLACE THE UNIT DUE TO THE COST OF REPAIR. JOB COMPLETED

During inspection, I found the drive belt, dampener straps to be faulty. The bad suspension straps being broke, have caused this unit to violently bang against the bottom plate. Also, the drive motor is getting way to hot. I’m recommending replacement due to cost of repair. AHS has put the unit into replacement options. Job complete

During inspection,I could not verify the “no draining” issue. Unit is operating normally at this time. This could have been a clog or an intermittent drain pump or PCB issue. I did recommend replacing the bottom spray arm, as it has melted a little on both sides by touching the heating element. I successfully got the unit to drain 3 separate times. Customer is going to purchase the spray arm part himself. Job completed.
