installed new board and tested unit and everything tested out okay.Job complete ,customers complaint is that the washer would not start or operate and throwing an error code for the door being left open. during my diagnosis I found the customer striker broken as well as a piece stuck in the door lock mechanism itself. ordering a new striker and door lock for the customer.,after replacing lock assembly, the door opens and shuts as normal. however, the customer's motherboard is not sending power to operate the door lock. We will need to order a new motherboard to resolve issues.
