During diagnostics, I found the bake igniter has failed. I installed a new bake igniter and tested the unit. No further issues found. Job completed.

Installed new door boot. Tested unit and found no further issues. Job completed. During inspection, noted water in the bottom of the drain pan. I found the door boot is leaking on the bottom. Door boot needs to be replaced.

During diagnostics, I found that the dampners were worn. I installed new dampners and tested unit. I found no further issues. Job completed.

During diagnostics, I started a cycle and could not get water to come into the unit. I had an inlet valve on hand, some installed it to test. The unit would still not bring water in. I then took a picture of water and poured it into the unit. At this time, the inlet valve started allowing water to come in. Once the unit filled with water, it would not circulate the water. Also, a burning smell was coming from the circulation pump. The unit has a bad circulation pump. I’m also recommending the PCB, because the board overheated due to the locked up circulation pump. Customer is going to purchase another unit due to cost of repair. Job completed.

During diagnostics, I pulled the unit out and found all three drain tubes were clogged. I was able to clean the drain tubes out. I also used the steamer to remove the ice blockage in the water try below the evaporator. Job completed.
