customers complaint is that the oven would not reach temperature and there was a smell of gas. during my diagnosis I found that the spark igniter had some cooking grease that had spilled on it and it was not igniting properly. cleaned up the grease and adjusted igniter for proper igniting and everything tested out okay.

Replaced drain pump and tested unit and everything tested out. Job complete

Service performed on a Whirlpool electric dryer that was reported to be making a loud screeching/grinding noise. A diagnostic was completed, taking 1 hour, followed by an additional hour of basic labor. Part WPL 279640 was used during the service.

customers said that burners shut off after they had been on for a little while which is normal for regulation of temperature and that the right side back burner would not get red. I tested all the burners and they all came on red and seem to be regulating normally. everything tested to manufacture setting and everything tested out okay.
