Warranty Information

1. Warranty Coverage
The Service Provider warrants that all repairs will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards.

- Labor Warranty: All labor performed by the Service Provider on a completed repair is warranted for sixty (60) days from the date of completion. If the same issue recurs within this period due to the same underlying cause, the Service Provider will return and perform the necessary repair work without charging an additional trip or diagnostic fee.

- Service Fee (Trip/Diagnostic) Warranty: The Service Fee, which includes the initial trip and diagnostic, is warranted for thirty (30) days from the date of the original visit. This warranty applies only to the original visit and is intended to cover situations where the appliance issue is intermittent and could not reasonably be detected by the technician during the first visit.

- Parts Warranty: All parts installed during a repair are warranted for Sixty (60) days from the date of installation. If a part is found to be defective during this warranty period, it will be replaced at no cost to the Client.

2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Failures due to misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
- Issues caused by unrelated components or new problems not directly tied to the original repair or service.
- Commercial use of appliances unless explicitly covered under a separate agreement.
