GE Washer
During inspection, I found oil has started to leak from the transmission. When the unit goes into “spin”, you can hear a loud growling noise that gets louder with speed. Also, dampners are worn allowing the wash basket to drop easily.
Due to cost of repair, AHS is going to replace the unit.

customer's unit is not receiving proper power. 120 v Hot line 0.46 v Nutuel = Missing additional 119v, waited 15 minutes and customer was unresponsive. I knocked on the door three times and called the customer. customer is a no show. need to contact customer and reschedule.
Samsung Washer
Installed new drain hose. Testwd unit and found no further issues.
Job completed. During inspection, there was water on the floor on arrival. Customer said it leaked only when it started spinning. I disassembled the unit and found the drain hose has come out of its holder and has been running on the bottom pan.
This overtime has worn a hole in the drain hose, and it leaks when it starts draining. Need to replace drain hose.
Frigidaire MICROWAVE
Installed new parts and tested the unit. Unit is operating normally again.

Whirlpool Oven Range
I installed all new parts. Tested unit and found it to be operating normally.
Job completed. ,During testing, I found an error code.
F1E0-Board failure.
The unit will get to temperature, but will not maintain the temperature over time. Also, oven door seal is damaged due to age.
First American has approved the repair and is supplying the parts.
Samsung Range
I installed new parts and tested the unit.
No further issues found.

Bosch Dishwasher
During inspection, I found that the drain pump had come off allowing the leak. The pump was damaged by water and had to be replaced again under warranty.
I installed new pump and tested. no further issues found.
