Kenmore Washer
During testing. I found the unit would not spin or agitate. I found the motor/transmission couple had failed. I installed a new coupler and tested the unit. Unit is operating normally. Job completed.

Insatlled all new parts and tested units. No further issues found.

Range-During inspection, I found that the F/L infinite switch has failed not allowing power to the element.
Dryer-During inspection, I found the belt tensioner, drum belt and rear drum seal failing is contributing to the drum not spinning.
Retrieved burner switch from range to be sent off for repair.
Whirlpool COOKTOP
Service performed on the electric cooktop due to intermittent heating issues with the right back burner. Diagnostic work and basic labor were conducted for a total of 2 hours. Parts used include WPL WP3149400 and WPX 3149404.
GE Dryer
I installed new timer. Tested unit and found it to be operating normally.
Job competed. ,During diagnostics, I found the timer has started to lock up. We will need to replace the timer to remedy the issue.
Samsung Washer
During testing, I found I could push the wash basket down very easily by hand. Bad shocks.
I installed new shocks. Tested unit and found it to be working normally.

Whirlpool COOKTOP
Service was performed on a Roper electric cooktop that was reported not turning off. A diagnostic was conducted for 1 hour, followed by an additional hour of basic labor. During the service, the following items were used: WPL WP3149400 and WPX 3149404.
Whirlpool Dishwasher
complaint is that the dishwasher would not start. dishwasher not mounted properly and added a mounting bracket to the unit. test of the unit and everything tested out okay. job complete
Kenmore WASHER
complaint is that the washer would not start sometimes and there was not enough water coming in. I found the a loose connection to the door switch and the inlet valve on the cold side was not opening all the way for proper water flow. installed valve and fixed connections and everything tested out okay. Job complete
GE Cooktop
I installed new PCB and tested the unit. I found no further issues.
During testing, I found that the unit would not power up. I checked and had voltage coming into the motherboard. However, when visually checking the board, I found a spot on it that has shorted out. I attached a picture of the area.
Customer wants to think on the repair.

Installed new PCB for the microwave. Testwd unit and found no further issues.
Job completed,Microwave-Switches and switch holder is bad. Will need to replace all the door switches and door switch holder assembly.
Dishwasher-The trim piece that goes over the control panel has broken. This is allowing foreign contaminants to get into the control display.
Washer-The unit moves a lot when loaded up and is on full spin. All shocks are worn and need to be replaced.
AHS has approved all the repairs and will be supplying all the parts. Please leave 3-hours for this job since there are 3 appliances to repair.
Kitchenaid Refrigerator
customers complaint is that the refrigerator would probably cool intermittently. during my diagnosis I found the refrigerator evaporator frosted over slightly on all coils. coolant is good and compressor is fine. rpms on cooling fan motor seem good and defrost levels are perfect. I could not locate a direct cause of the customers issues. I advised customer that there is only a guessing game at this point. I turned the temperature down on the fridge and reset the power. if we can't locate the source if the customer calls back. we will start with - 1. a new cooling fan motor and temp sensor 2. new control board customer will try adjusted settings first
