Frigidaire Microwave
customer complaint is that the microwave started sparking violently and shut off during mid-cycle.
customer mentioned that it is a down issue with the double-plated shelf feature. I confirmed that the shelf got too hot and melted the shelf support which was made out of plastic exposing the internals of the microwave. the microwaves had reached the internals of the microwave and damage the microwave inner-frame. the frame and the shelf support are part of the interior inside the microwave which is not replaceable or repairable. reporting issue to customers warranty company.
Whirlpool Refrigerator
Customer complaint is that the freezer was frosting up.
I found the freezer door seal not sealing properly and was due for maintenance. access air moisture was getting inside the freezer. provided maintenance to refrigerator and tested for proper ceiling and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Whirlpool COOKTOP
customers complaint is that the burner would not stay on during use on both front door burners. customer had another company come out and replace the burners. burners have nothing to do with the regulating of temperature or how often the burners come on. customer needs new regulating/infinite switches for both burners to resolve issue.
Replaced switches and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job Complete
GE Microwave
During diagnostics, the unit would not power on when testing. This is a 23-year old unit. Grease has gotten into the major components and effectively shorted the PCB out.
AHS is going to replace the unit.

GE Cooktop
found that two of the burner plugs had shorted out.
replace both left rear and right front burner plugs.
tested unit and found no further issues.

Lg Washer
Customers complaint is at the washer would not drain. Test motor windings. Motor tested bad. Replaced drain pump motor and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Samsung Dryer
Customers complaint is that the dryer wouldn't dry at all. tested thermal fuse and found thermal fuse blown. Also found heating element going bad and idler poly had a crack in it. replaced all parts and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete.
Whirlpool Dryer
During diagnostics, found that the heater element has shorted out. I recommended a vent cleaning as well.
Installed new heater element and tested unit. No further issues found.

Samsung Dryer
customers complaint is that the dryer would not start and it was throwing an HC error code before it stopped working. HC error code is related to the dryer getting too hot. thermistor reading was off by 1,000 ohms of resistance and found thermal fuse blown. the thermistor allowed the heating element to stay on longer than normal which intake had caused the heating element to warp and ground itself to the housing and bypassing the regulating thermostat.
replaced thermistor, fuse and heating element and test of the dryer and everything tested out okay. job complete
GE Range
Service performed on a General Electric range due to an issue with the left front burner. Parts used include GEH WB30T10133 and GEH WB24X25013. Sensor on burner blew out shutting off any proper continuity continuing through burner and circulating back through the switch. replaced burner and as well as the switch. switch was replaced as a courtesy for a possible back short which is common in these regulating switches on these ranges. tested burner and everything tested out okay.
Samsung Refrigerator
During diagnostics, When I arrived, I could hear the noise the customer was complaint about. I pulled the unit out and removed the back panel. I found that the noise is coming internally from the compressor. The compressor would need to be replaced to remedy this issue.
Samsung is currently under a class action lawsuit due to these compressors.
Advised customer to contact Samsung about the possibility of getting the compressor replaced.

Amana Dryer
customers complaint is that the dryer drum would not turn during operation. I diagnosed the issue and found dryer drive belt was broken. replaced 341241 dryer belt and tested out the dryer and everything tested out okay. Job Complete
