Kenmore Dishwasher
Customer complaint is that the dishwasher was leaking. Tested the dishwasher and it started over sudsing. I asked the customer if they were using any new type soap. Customer had recently switched to a liquid based soap. dishwasher is a early 80s model. not designed for liquid.
I inspected further and maintenance to customers door seal to prevent any access leaking and advise the customer to go back to using powder and with modern soaps to use less of a serving when operating the dishwasher. Job complete.
Admiral Cooktop
Found issue with burner. replaced and everything tested good. job completed
Bosch Washer
Apon arrival I found the washer full of water. I ran a drain and spin only cycle while test for ( 120 V ) to drain pump. Drain pump receiving 120 V but not coming on. Customer needs new drain pump. Replaced drain pump and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
GE Monogram Refrigerator
Customer complaint was the fan would “pulse” on and off. Customer also said he replaced the fan about four years ago. Found that the PCB board fan relay is there intermittently cutting on and off. We need to order the PCB board. installed new PCB board,removed ice and cleared defrost drain. job complete
Maytag Dryer
Found costumers dryer not heating due to a faulty high limit thermostat which shorted the heating element safety fuse. Replaced thermal fuse kit and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job completed
Samsung Washer
Tested unit and found no leaks during testing 2 cycles. found lines on washer hooked up backwards. fixed lines for customer. Job complete
Whirlpool Dryer
Found the drive belt had broken due to a roller support that was partially locked up. I was able to free up the roller and install the new belt and test Unit. No further issues found. Job complete.
GE,GE Washer,Range
Washer- Drain pump shorted out on washer.
Range- One of the burners is not regulating properly and the other one is shorted out on range between the regulator switch and the burner itself.
Waiting on authorizations.
