Bosch Dishwasher
During diagnostics, found the circulation pump was locked up. Customer said there was a broken glass. The circulation pump is NLA.

customers compliant is that the dishwasher was not running properly and leaking. checked underneath the dishwasher and found the dishwasher over sudsing. washing machine was inspected and tested with a shop towel on a short cycle. washing machine spend out towel just fine. checked for proper connection underneath washing machine and everything checked out okay. Job complete
Maytag Dryer
customers complaint is that the dryer would take several cycles to dry. diagnose the issue and found the dryer heating just fine however the customer's dryer vent was reading 100% obstruction and not blowing outside properly at all. customer is going to reach out to apartment complex manager to inquire about the dryer vent issue. Job complete
Kenmore Washer
customers complaining as at the washer would move around too much. diagnosed issues and found suspension rods completely worn out. customer has decided to replace the unit instead of move forward with repair. Job completed
GE Oven
Test of the unit and customer is getting a unregular gas flow. None of the gas is lighting properly. Ordering new gas regulator for customer. Also note that there is no main shut off behind the range for the gas. Customer is going to have the gas company shut the gas line off to the house before install.
GE Dishwasher
During testing, found that the wash pump is very hot to touch. The pump is failing and not pumping enough water through the spray arms. Also, the motor relay on the PCB is clicking on and off repeatedly.
After installing the new board and motor, the unit started leaking from around the motor/sump seal. this was not detected on the first call, because I could not run the unit.
Recommending replacement at this point.
AHS has approved the estimate.
GE Dishwasher
customers complaint is that the dishwasher was leaking. found the customer's vent housing cover was loose allowing water to seep through the seal. tightened down and everything tested out okay no leaks. Job completed

customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not stop draining. customers water pressure switch was clogged with debris. removed debris and everything tested out okay. Job complete ,customer not home

GE Profile Washer-During inspection, noted a bad oil leak coming from the transmission(see attached picture). Also, timer is starting to stick when trying to select a cycle. This is a 23-year old unit. I’m recommending replacement of the unit. AHS IS GOING TO PUT THIS UNIT INTO REPLACEMENT OPTIONS.
Whirlpool Microwave-The control display is not readable due to the LED lights going out. Also, front panel where the door handle is, has cracked.

Admiral Dryer-I could not verify the customers complaint. No repair needed at this time.
GE Dishwasher
customers complaint is that the dishwasher was not draining at all. found solenoid melted and burned up. replaced solenoid and tested dishwasher and everything tested out okay. customers sink is backing up not allowing the dishwasher to drain properly now. advice customer to get it plumber out to fix the plumbing issue for proper draining purposes.
Maytag Washer
During diagnostics, the door was locked with laundry when I got here. I put the unit into Service Mode and found code F3E1-Pressure Sensor Fault. I found the Air Trap Assembly was clogged with debris. This is a very common issue on these washers. I cleaned the air trap, installed and tested with no further issues found. I did inform the customer there was still a chance it could be the pressure sensor. this is a more uncommon issue, but there is a possibility the sensor is sending wrong readings to the ECU. If the issue comes back, I informed the customer we would need to replace the pressure sensor.

Jo, original switch did not work. part in stock is defective. ordering new switch.
Installed new switch and reset computer. I set a “Rapid Wash” cycle and the unit completed the cycle with no further issues.

Lg Dryer
Prefers morning if possible. He typically has Wednesday's off- will call back if this doesnt work- Part install,customers complaint is that a piece of plastic came off the lint filter housing causing the clothes to get caught and torn. during the diagnosis it looks like the plastic has gotten brittle over time and starting to fall apart. ordering customer new filter and filter housing.
