Frigidaire Refrigerator
customer complaint is that the refrigerator is not running cool at all. I ran diagnostics on the compressor and the compressor relay starter is working however the compressor is seized up and will not start pumping coolant. customer needs new compressor issue.

Found the door boot was clogged with debris. I removed the debris and found no further issues.

During inspection, I found the dishwasher was full of water.I found that the garbage disposal was clogged around the dishwater hose area. I removed the clog and was able to drain the dishwasher.
No further faults found.

replaced customer's ice maker and ran a test cycle and everything tested out okay. job complete
Maytag Washer
During inspection, I tested the basket. I was very easily able to push the basket down to the floor. Shocks are worn. Also, the tell gear case is starting to show signs of leakage. I installed all new shock assemblies. No further issues found. Job completed.

customers complaint is that the washer was moving around too much. I tested the unit on a drain and spin cycle and found it moving slightly more than usual. inspected suspensions and found suspension grease worn away. added new suspension grease and tested unit and everything tested out okay
Frigidaire Freezer
During inspection, I found the back panel was covered in ice. I revised the panel and found the drain to be clogged. I removed the clog, verified defrost operation. The unit was at 61 degrees on arrival. It was down to 40 degrees before I left. Job completed.
Lg Dryer
customer mentioned that the dryer is taking too long to dry clothes. tested the dryer for proper heat and the dryer is getting up to 200° F just fine. inspected customers dryer vent and found that the customer's dryer vent is not exhausting outside properly due to an obstruction. customer will need a professional to resolve issue with dryer vent. Job complete
Samsung Range
During inspection, I found the glass cooktop has cracked. Customer explained that he had a pot boiling on the L/F burner. He was sitting down on the couch and heard a “pop” sound. He went over to the stove and found the cooktop had cracked underneath the pot that was boiling. AHS HAS DECIDED TO REPLACE THE UNIT DUE TO THE COST OF REPAIR. JOB COMPLETED
Frigidaire Refrigerator
During inspection, I found the drain hose on the unit was clogged. Also, the condenser was completed clogged with dust and hair. I removed the clog in the line and cleaned the condenser coils.

Bosch Cooktop
During inspection, I found that the igniters on the R/F and Middle burners are arcing to ground because they are cracked. All the screws that hold the burner tops to the lower burner halves are rusted. I told the customer we would need to replace all the bottom burner bases due to the resting of the screws and then breaking. Custoenr has decided to replace the unit due to cost of repair. Job completed.
