Whirlpool DRYER
replaced tensioner pulley on dryer and tested unit and everything tested out okay
Admiral Washer
customer complaint is that the washer was making a high pitch tweaking noise during use. the issue and found the bolts to the belt pulley coming loose causing the belt to slide and create a high pitch squeak noise. I added loctite to the pulley and bolt and tighten everything down and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Samsung Washer
During diagnostics, I was honestly push the wash basket to the floor. The dampners are worn.
Insatlled new dampners. No further issues found.

Samsung,Whirlpool Dryer,Range
Range- During testing, I found the “cooktop hot” light on and the “cooktop on” light on. Found two of the infinite switches have burned out also, The left front element has a coil that’s burned out. The right front elements thermostat has failed.
Range-Installed new infinite switches. Testh the unit and found no further issues.
Job completed.
Dryer-The customer wanted me to clean lint out of the dryer cabinet. I informed him that that is not covered by American Home Shield because the dryer is operating normally. I did however recommend a vent cleaning. The dryer vent comes out the roof and I recommended dryer vent wizard.
GE Dryer
I found a piece of plastic had got wedged in between the drum and drum bearing. I removed the plastic and could not replicate the noise again. Job completed.
Kenmore Pro Oven Range
During diagnostics, I found that the bake and broil igniters are barley pulling enough amps to lite. I’m recommending replacement of the both igniters as well as the gas regulator. Customer is going to go through the cash option route.
Maytag Washer
During inspection, I found the the gear assembly has started leaking out onto the rotor assembly. Also, when trying to select a cycle, the control will skip around. I was not able to select some of the cycles due to a bad controller. Due to cost of repair, AHS is going to replace the unit. Job completed
Maytag Dryer
During diagnostics, found the thermal fuse had shorted out. Installed new thermal fuse and tested unit. I found no further issues. I advised customers to have vents cleaned due to clogging. Job completed.
GE Refrigerator
During diagnosis, I found that the unit was all in cooling the refrigerator to 40° in the freezer to 26° Remove the back panel and found the evaporator clean defrost works. The evaporator fan would come on. This is a compressor issue.
Customer is going to purchase another unit.

Whirlpool Dishwasher
During diagnostics, found the circulation pump is faulty. I had power coming to the motor, but no operation.
Installes new circulation pump. Tested unit and found no further issues.

Lg WASHER,Dryer
customers complaint is that the washer was leaking. found leak at dispenser and was able to fix it. customers complaint on the dryer is not the dryer was not drying properly. customer needs a dryer vent cleaning. Job completed
Lg Dryer
customers complaint is at the dryer was shutting off too early. I cleaned the customer's dryer moisture sensor bars and advise customer to call dryer vent wizard to replace and clean the dryer vent. Job complete
