Whirlpool Washer
Customers complaint is the washer was making a loud pitch noise during its fill cycle. adjusted valve assembly flow and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Maytag WASHER
customers complaint is that the washer was not draining. customers drain pump filter was clogged with debris and obstructing the drain pump. place filter and cleaned out the unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
GE Dishwasher
During diagnostics, I found two issues. I had power at the box, but not coming out of the PCB.
I believe the keypad shorted and in turn also shorted out the keypad UI.
1. Water intrusion to the keypad at the top of the door.
2. PCB not putting out power to the keypad UI.
Due to cost of repair, customer has decided to replace the unit.

Kenmore,Kenmore Washer,Dryer
customers complaint is that the washer would not start and that the dryer was making a loud noise and did not seem to be heating properly and would shut off prematurely. I diagnosed the washer and found the door switch dislocated and the customer is having a issue with the motor in the dryer. recommended replacement options on dryer and fixed washer.
Samsung Range
During diagnostics, I found that the “Bake” igniter was not drawing enough amps. Faulty “Bake” igniter. Installed new “Bake” igniter. Tested unit to 350 degrees with no further issues found. Job completed.
Samsung Washer
During inspection, I found that the drain hose was shoved way to far down into the drain pipe. This can cause a “suctioning” and allow sewer water to come back into the unit.
I repositioned the drain hose and secured it. I also advised the customer to get some “Affresh” tablets to help with the cleaning of the unit.
Job completed.
Lg Refrigerator
customers complaint is that refrigerator is leaking on the left side corner and building up ice in the freezer. I diagnosed issue and found the customer's defrost drain clogged with dust and debris. steam cleaned drain and everything checked out okay. Job complete
Whirlpool Dishwasher
customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not drain. I found motor had burned up as well as a clog in the drain hose. was unable to remove debris in he drain hose. I replaced the drain pump and drain hose and tested the dishwasher and everything tested out okay. Job complete
GE Refrigerator
During testing, I check both freezer and refrigerator temps and found them to be normal. The front control panel on the unit is randomly “beeping” and the temp displays are going up and down. I verified that the panel has shorted internally. Insatlled new display control panel. No further issues found. Job completed.
GE Dryer
customers complaint was that the dryer was making out loud screeching noise. I found debris caught in drum bearing seal. removed debris caught in between drum and drum seal and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Frigidaire Dryer
During inspection, I found a couple of issues with the unit.
1. heating element has shorted out.
2. The front bearing is damaged due to the drum
making contact with it.
3. Rear bearing has worn down.
Insatlled new parts. Tested unit and found no further issues. One of the tenants was present, so I asked her to feel inside the drum to make sure it was heating.
No further issues found.
Job completed.
Also, the tenants in the unit told me, when it was drying, it was taking a very long time. I’m recommending a vent cleaning to be done.
Lg Refrigerator
During inspection, found that the inlet water valve is sticking open. Customer had tried to fix the issue herself and accidentally broke the door switch plate.
I installed new water inlet valve and door flapper. Tested unit and found no further issues.
Job completed.
Insatlled new water valve. I was able to get the unit to fill the ice maker and not comment the dispenser. Cistkenr said if it happens again, they would not want to put any more mo way into it. I told her to still monitor it put a cup under it just in case. if it did it again, I could at least come out and disconnect the water filter valve so that the icemaker could still be used.
Job completed.
05/15-Custoenr said the last repair lasted a week. The issue came back, where the water dispenser would randomly come on. I disabled the water dispenser valve.

Recall: Water dispenser is leaking after last service. She has a cup collecting water at the dispenser right now.
