Maytag WASHER
customers complaint is that they had to remove the clothes for the washer to drain. the washer is designed to shut off if the load is too heavy or too unbalance.
I asked the customer for a couple towels and watched the washer fill and balance out the towels and it drained and spinned out fine with no issues. Job complete
Whirlpool Washer
During inspection, I was able to push the wash basket all the way to the floor easily with no resistance. Dampeners are worn out and need to be replaced.
Insatlles new dampners. I found no further issues.

Whirlpool Dishwasher
customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not drain at all. I found drain line to be completely clogged. removed the clog and testing unit and the unit drained just fine. job complete
GE Dryer
customers complaint is at the dryer would not start at all. during my diagnosis I was able to locate the root of the cause which was the timer knob had completely stripped out not allowing it to select proper cycle for starting. customer mentioned one of the settings that they never used and I was able to switch out the knobs to be able to complete up the repair for the customer. job complete
GE Microwave
During diagnostics, I found that the unit is operating normally. I found the issue to be the receptacle that the unit is plugged into. The plug is loose in the receptacle. I was able to pull on the unit to power cord and make it come on.
Job completed.
Frigidaire Dishwasher
customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not drain. tested drain pump for 120 volts which tested out okay which resulted into a burned-out motor on the drain pump itself. replaced drain pump and tested unit and everything tested out okay. job complete
Kenmore Washer
During diagnostics, I found water in the tub on arrival. Unit had a DE1 Code-Drain Issue. Found the drain pump faulty. Installed new drain pump and tested unit with no further issues found. Job completed
Kenmore WASHER,Dryer
customers complaint is that the washer was moving around too much and that the dryer would not start. I began diagnostics and found customers suspensions how to completely worn out and that the dryer door switch was shorted out as well. customer declined estimate and said that they had extra units stored and that they were just going to swap them out instead of move forward with repair. Job complete
Maytag Washer
during inspection, I found that the unit was somewhat took apart on arrival. Customer Had removed the display control and inadvertently broke the wiring harness while removing it. I was not able to diagnose the noise. He was complaining about because I could not get the unit turn on due to the harness being broke.
I told him the wiring cars would have to be replaced first to find out what the original issue was. at that point it becomes too expensive to fix.
customer is going to purchase another unit.

Bosch Dishwasher
customers complaint is that the indicator light was not functioning. replaced customers indicator light and the dishwasher was still not indicating a wash cycle through the door light. found out that it is a setting that accidentally gets turned off on the dishwasher. this model is very new and there is no information online about how to turn it on only on the older models. the settings are not the same and I was unable to find any information on how to turn the light back on without the owner's manual. customer is going to look for the owner's manual and see about turning the light back on through Bosch. Job complete

customers complaint is that the washer would not operate at all. I found a wiring issue to customers timer and repaired wiring and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
GE Cooktop
customers complaint is that the burner was sparking on the back left side and the burner was not working on the right front side as well as the oven light staying on intermittently.
I replaced the burner sockets and one of the burners and tested the burners and everything tested out okay however the inquiry about the light switch issue was denied by customers Home warranty. they do not cover light issues. Job complete
