GE Refrigerator
during diagnostics, I put the unit into service mode and found three different codes. I did find that the Freezer fan was not working and the drain was clogged as well. Also, the condenser was completely clogged with dust. It was very hot to the touch. the 600 code for the compressor had 81 faults. I told the customer I could fix the fan issue, but I did not know how long the compressor would last due to the faults. the unit itself is 13 years old. customer decided to buy another unit. job completed.
Whirlpool Dishwasher
During diagnostics, I put the unit Service Mode and found the following code.
F7-E1 Heating Issue.

I found that the heating element has failed along with the heater thermostat.
Imsatlled new heater element. Tested unit. no further issues found.
Job completed.
Whirlpool Washer
customers complaint is that the washer would not stop draining. I diagnosed issue and found the customer's pressure module on the control board had shorted out. replace the main PCB control board and tested unit and everything tested okay. job complete
Kitchenaid Refrigerator
Found that the fill tube for the icemaker was froze. I was able to remove the ice clog with the steamer. I cycled the icemaker.
Job completed. During diagnostics, I found that the water inlet valve assembly has shorted out. I had no continuity between the water valve prongs.
Installed new water inlet valve. I primed the water line to the water dispenser. I advise customer to wait 24-48 hours for ice, as the water line to the ice maker has to prime as well.
Job completed.
Whirlpool Dryer
customers complaint is that the dryer would not heat at all. I checked the continuity on the heating element on the dryer and the heating element tested out for a shorted out coil. I replaced the heating element and tested the unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
HOT POINT,Whirlpool WASHER,DRYER
customers complaints is that the dryer was taking too long to dry and the washer was not spinning out the clothes all the way. during my diagnosis I found the dryer getting up to 225 F and the washer belt was slipping. I checked for proper airflow outside where the dry vents outside and it was severely clogged and barely blowing outside at all. customer needs to hire a dryer vent cleaning to resolve drying issue with dryer. replaced customer's belt and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Ge Profile Washer
customers complaint is that the washer would not start at all. during my diagnosis I tested the washer out on two cycles with 3 towels. the washer continue through the cycles with no issues however I found water in the flood pan underneath the washer. the only leak I could find on the washer was from the front bellow seal. customers glaas door was covered with debris buildup. I cleaned the glass door and tested for any further leaks and no leaks were found. Job complete
GE Range
I installed the new oven control board. I tested the unit to 350 degrees with no further issues found.
Job completed. During diagnostics, when I tried to start a “Broil” or “Bake” cycle from the oven control panel, the buttons on the panel would not respond to touch.
Needs a new PCB board.
AHS IS GOING TO APPROVE THE REPAIR IF THEY CAN FIND THE PART. IF NOT, IT WILL BE REPLACED.
Kenmore Refrigerator
During diagnostics, I found both the refrigerator and freezer compartments were warm. I removed the back panel and found the compressor to be running, but not functioning as intended. Things a common issue with the Kenmore Elite refrigerators, as they are actually produced by LG. LG has an extended warranty on their compressor due to a class action lawsuit. I contacted the home owner and explained to him the issue. Job completed.
GE Refrigerator
During diagnostics, I found that the compressor is exhibiting the “roaring” noise. I was able to isolate it through the units Service Mode. The condensor coils were completely clogged with dust. The compressor was very hot to the touch. I also found some frown leakage at two points on the condenser side lines. Customer is going to purchase another unit.
GE Refrigerator
Installed all new parts. Told the customer to give 24-hours for unit to get back to normal operating range.
Job completed.,during diagnostic, I found that the refrigeration temperature was down to 32° and the freezer was down to -5° Found the temperature to be 10° below the set temperature of 38 and 0°. I found both fans working. The condenser was clogged with dust. I was able to clean that off. Found the blend door is not working, as well as the door seal needs to be replaced along with the thermistor.

Samsung Washer
customers complaint is that the washer would not drain at all. during diagnosis I found the drain pump getting 120 volts however the drain pump motor was not turning or circulating any water through the drain pipe. I replaced the customer's drain pump with the part stocked on the truck and was able to test the unit for a same day repair. Job complete
