Samsung WASHER
Customers complaint is that the washer would not spin out her clothes. During diagnosis I found the customer's suspension rods worn out causing the washer to move around too much and shut itself down due to a unbalancing issue. I replaced the suspension rods and tested the unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
GE Dishwasher
Parts were not correct. The timer assembly was not the right part. Also, the part for the soap dispenser was incorrect. AHS is going to replace the unit.
Job completed. During diagnostics, I found a leak coming from the R/S of the door. Also, the timer is starting to “stick” when selecting a cycle. The heater switches in the door are worn and not making contact. Rack on the bottom is rusted bad and staying the dishes. Soap dispenser is also faulty. The door on the soap dispenser will not stay closed.
I’m unable to find the parts for this unit. I’m recommending replacement unless AHS can get the parts.
AHS is going to try to find the parts.
Maytag,Maytag DRYER,WASHER
customers complaint is that the dryer was taking too long to dry and the washer wouldn't continue through the spin out cycle. during further inspection I found the customer's washer wire harness broken, PCB relay acting up with the door lock the washer was shaking dramatically with nothing in it as well as shrunks of pot medal in the outside wash basket which is evident that the washer spider arm support has been coming apart over time. Customers dryer heating element had shorted out and was grounded to the heat housing allowing half the element to still function. I replaced the heating element and tested the unit and everything tested out okay. Reported findings on washer to customers home warranty. Job complete
Kenmore Dryer
customers complaint is that the dryer would not turned on during my diagnosis I found the customer's dryer vent burned out along with their thermal fuse. replace additional parts with truck stock and tested unit and everything test out okay. job complete
Samsung Washer
technician diagnosed issue and found a problem between the control board and tub sensor not sensing properly. requesting a new wire harness, tub sensor and control board from AHS. AHS has approved repair. waiting on parts.

Frigidaire Cooktop
customers complaint is that the refrigerator was making a noise as if a fan was hitting something. the noise would only appear when the customer would open the fridge side and it was coming from the fridge side. the diverter motor on the fridge side opens up and makes a clicking noise as it moves the diverter door open from the freezer to the fridge to share cold air. diverter motor could possibly could be going bad but it is working efficiently as it should for now. Job complete
GE Dryer
customer is missing half the power to the unit. the washer will run on 120 but the dryer needs 240 v
Samsung Dishwasher
During inspection, found that the customer was using dishwashing soap instead of dishwasher detergent. This was causing an oversudding issue that caused the leak.
Job completed.
Kenmore Washer
During diagnosis, found the DE1 one code on arrival door was locked and clothes were inside.
I was able to pop the lock and get the clothes out. However, the door lock is faulty and will need to be ordered. Customer approved the repair.
After installing the door lock, the code is still there. We will need to replace the PCB. Tim has agreed to seell the customer the PCB at our cost.
05/15-Insatlled new PCB. Tested unit and found no further issues.

Samsung Dishwasher
customers complaints of the dishwasher was blinking the normal light Non-Stop and would not begin a cycle. during my diagnostic I found customers flood pan for water underneath the dishwasher due to a inlet valve leak. replace the inlet valve and test of the unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
GE Dryer
During diagnostics, I found the L1 connector had gotten hot and shorted out (see pic).
I cut the wire and replaced the spade connector. Tested unit and found no further issues.
I recommended a vent cleaning to the customer due to time passed.
Job completed.
Samsung Range
During diagnostics, I found the bake igniter was faulty. Installed new bake igniter. Tested unit to 350 degrees with no further issues found. Job completed.
