Whirlpool Washer
During diagnostics, the unit was unplugged when I got here. After plugging the unit back up, the unit automatically went into a drain cycle and would not stop. This is a very common issue with these units. Bad PCB.
I installed a new PCB and tested the unit. I found no further issues.

Ge Profile Range
Installed new PCB. I tested the oven to 350 degrees with no further issues found.
Job completed. During diagnostics, the oven control panel will not respond to touch. I was unable to set a cycle for the oven. Bad oven display board.
AHS is supplying the part.
After installing part, the panel was responsible to touch, but would not start a cycle. I checked power coming into the igniters on “Broil” and “Bake” and had no power to the igniters.
Faulty PCB.
05/14/25 AHS is going to reorder the part.
GE Dryer
customers complaint is that the dryer was making a lot of noise and was beginning to tear through the front of the dryer. during my diagnosis I found the drum glide completely worn away as well as the drum glide holder was completely gone. the drum has been rubbing on the front of the door and the frame and has actually torn through the dryer. this is not economical for repair. reporting issues to customers home warranty for possible replacement. Job complete
Kitchenaid MICROWAVE
1st- trip technician diagnosed issue and found PCB relays arking during starting process due to back short from door switch assembly. first American ordering customer new parts for repair
2- replaced latch assembly. Waiting on PCB to finish up repairs.
first American has decided to move forward with replacement instead of repair. Job complete
Bosch Microwave
During diagnostic, when selecting the vent fan to come on, no matter what the Speed, the vent fan exhibits a very loud growling noise. Bearings are worn in the vent fan. The customer bought this unit 18 months ago. I advised him to call Bosch to see if they would do something for him.
GE Dishwasher
During inspection, I find the unit was full of water on arrival. I was able to determine a clog in the line keeping the unit from draining. I removed the clog and retested. Unit is functioning normally. Job completed.
GE Dryer
customers complaint is that the dryer would not heat at all. prepared burned up wire and tested unit and everything tested out okay. job complete
Whirlpool Washer
Installed new door hinge and door boot. Tested unit on a quick cycle. No further issues found.
During inspection, I found the door hinge pin has come out. This is causing improper alignment when the door is shut. The unit is also leaking because of damage to the door boot caused by the improper door alignment.
Job completed.
Lg Dishwasher
customers complaint is that the dishwasher was throwing a AE error code which is related to water leaking into the anti flood switch. During my diagnosis I found the switch pan full of water coming from the front with evident that the dishwasher had a over sudsing issue. recommended that the customer to use less dishwasher soap. Job complete
Whirlpool Washer
1st trip- customer complaint is not the washer would not start at all or come on. during my diagnosis I found the washer filled with water and that were lid lock in the lock position. it is a clear that this issue happened during a drain and spin cycle. I jumped the drain pump with 120 volts which it is rated for to operate. motor got hot and did not start. customer strain pump shorted out and back shorted into the main PCB control board. customers home warranty ordering new drain pump and PCB control board.
2nd trip- replaced customers PCB control board and drain pump on the unit came on however it was now having a door lid lock error code. on the initial visit I had to force the door open to get the model number to order parts which unknowingly broke the switch. I was able to use a three wire door lid lock that goes to a GE top load that I had within truck stock. testing unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Kitchenaid Dishwasher
Insatlled all new parts. Tested unit and found no further issues.
Job completed. ,During diagnostics, I found that the units heating element has shorted out. This in turn has caused the lower spray arm to “hit” the element thereby damaging the lower spray arm.
Also, upper spray arm is not spinning correctly due to the mounting bracket being stripped.
Whirlpool Dryer
The technician, Tim Briggs, responded to a reported issue with a Whirlpool dryer exhibiting unusual loud noises, possibly indicating that the belts are off track. The appropriate part, WPL 349241T, was utilized for the service. Job complete
