Whirlpool Washer
customers complaint is that the washer would not spin it all. during my diagnosis I found the motor coupling had broken. replaced motor coupling and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Frigidaire Dishwasher
during diagnostic, noted the unit was full of water on arrival . I was able to force drain the unit. I found the drain hose did not have a “loop” in it. I secured the hose and advised the customer to keep an eye on it. I could not duplicate the concern. However, I believe the touch-panel at the top of the unit might be shifting out due to water intrusion. advise a customer to call back if he had any other concerns. Job completed.
Frigidaire Refrigerator
customers complaint is that the refrigerator was leaking on the left side hand. during my diagnosis I found the condenser fan blade had to come off and the back of the refrigerator to be extremely hot. due to the condenser fan motor not doing its job of cooling down the condenser coils in the compressor the inlet valve inner seals have gotten extremely hot and caused it to leak onto the floor. I replaced the inlet valve and placed the fan back on the motor shaft applying high adhesive to make sure it stays in place. test the water for leaks and no leaks found. Job complete
Samsung Microwave
fixed door latch spring on microwave and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Amana WASHER
Installed all new parts. Tested unit and found no further issues.
Job completed. During diagnostics, I found two issues with the unit.
1. Cold water valve is sticking. Thisbis taking really long fill times.
2. Tib shocks are worn causing the “banging” the customer is referring to in the complaint .
First American has approved the repair. Need to order parts.
GE Dishwasher
replace tensioner rods in test unit and everything tested out okay. job complete,customer needs new cable tensioners.
Frigidaire Dryer
Installed all new parts. Tested unit and found no further issues.
Job completed.,During inspection, the unit would start vibrating really bad. Also, the timer is starting to stick causing the heating element to stay on longer than it is suppose to.
Samsung Range
During diagnostics, found the gas tube was clogged informed of the igniter. This was causing the raw gas smell. Also, oven variance was off 30 degrees. I adjusted the variance and tested the unit. I found no other issues. Job completed.
Samsung Dryer
During diagnostics, I heard a squealing sound when the unit was in a cycle. I found the belt tensioner and drum belt faulty.
I installed a new belt tensioner and drum belt. Tested unit and found no further issues.
Job completed.
Whirlpool Washer
During diagnostics, I found the touch panel unresponsive. Fautly touch panel. Customer is going to fix it hisself.

Whirlpool Dryer
During diagnostics, I found the thermal fuse tested bad.
Installed new thermal fuse and tested unit. No future issues found.

replaced latch assembly and tested unit and everything tested out okay. job complete
