Samsung Washer
customers complaint is that the water would not coming into the washer and they had to turn the water off at the wall to stop it.
after replacing the inlet valve based on what the information given the washer kept filling on a test cycle. it appeared that the pressure switch was not getting triggered when the washer was full of water. I tested the pressure switch and it tested out okay. however, there was a hole in the pressure tube down to the tub. I replaced the pressure tube and then continued to test the washer. the washer then would not respond and turned the inlet valves on and off five times for a 2-second sequence and went back into stagnant mode for sensing. this continued for 10 minutes.
customer also mentioned a contractor about a month ago. came out to work on the display panel. the display panel was terribly cracked and disassembled incorrectly and was working intermittently with some of the options.
at this point the customer to resolve all the issues would need a new PCB control board, display panel due to it being ruined by another separate company about a month ago, pressure tube and inlet valve which we did replace.
these issues are not cost effective and we are submitting for replacement options through the home warranty.
GE Microwave Wall Oven Combo
replaced all additional parts and tested unit and everything tested out okay. microwave oven combo back to heating as normal. Job complete ,1st visit- customers complaint is that the microwave would not heat at all. during my diagnosis I found the heat wave guide not distributing microwaves appropriately. maintenance heatwave guide and inspected magnetron. appears that the magnetron has shorted out due to improper current being pulled from magnetron's capacitor. ordering additional parts for repair.
Frigidaire Cooktop
replaced burner regulating switches when tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete ,1st visit - I diagnosed the issue and found a customer's regulating switches having issues with regulating temperature properly. ordering new regulator switches.
Whirlpool Dishwasher
customers complaint is that the dishwasher was not needed. replace the dishwasher into service mode and test the heater for heat. here came on however in service mode there was an error code for the heating cycle. F7-E1
this error code can appear if the water temperature does not reach 120 F during the heating cycle. this is a known issue with Whirlpool dishwashers. it will permanently shut down the heating element from functioning until the error code is cleared by a technician. this code can appear from incoming water temperature being too cold and causing temperature to rise to slowly to his desired temp. to avoid this issue, it is recommended by Whirlpool to turn on the hot water at the sink before starting the dishwasher to fill the dishwasher out with 120° F instead of 68 F from the standing pipeline. clear the error code and tested the unit and everything tested okay. Job complete ,Customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not wash at all. I diagnosed the issue and found the wash pump motor assembly shorted out.,Replaced wash pump and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete.
Samsung Washer
During diagnostics, found the inner tub spider arm has broke and has caused the tub the rub on the outer tub. There is a lot of internal damage and the entire tub assembly would need to be replaced.
Frigidaire Microwave
customers complaint is that the microwave but not heat up the food. during my diagnosis I found the magnetron has shorted out and damaging the heatwave guide housing along with the capacitor not holding proper charge and the diode is shorted. this is a low cost over the range microwave. it is not cost-effective for repair. I have recommended replacement options to customers warranty company.
Admiral Cooktop
The unit is making a vibration noise that is a little different. The dryer was tilted a little forward. The unit is sitting in a floor that is not totally level. I leveled the dryer the best I could. I could not get the unit to reproduce the noise after that.
I told the customer that if the unit was making noise, but still drying, the warranty company would not cover that noise. I told her the dryer would have to be 100% level. The house is old and the floor is not exactly level, which is causing an issue.

GE Cooktop,DISHWASHER
installed the controls on the dishwasher and the dishwasher is now functioning perfectly. however, during the disassembly of the cooktop. we found that the touchpad did not come with the new control. the touchpad is glued into the glass and does not seem to be a part that we can order possibly separately from the glass top. however, there is no way to confirm since there is no pictures of the glass top itself for ordering. due to the low possibility that the touchpad would even come with the glass top and the cost of the repair, the customer is receiving replacement options with the home warranty. Job complete ,1st visit- customers complaint is that the cooktop touchpad was not working properly and they were unable to control temperature on some of the burners and that their dishwasher would not turn on at all. During my diagnosis I found the customers touchpad control on the cooktop warped from heat exposure overtime and the customers PCB control shorted out. related information to customers home warranty.
Samsung Refrigerator
During diagnostics, I tested the temperature between the freezer and refrigerator. Freezzer was at 64 degrees and fridge was at 41 degrees. I was able to get into service mode and test the both fans. I found the compressor has started to fail.
Customer is going to purchase another unit.

Maytag Washer
customers complaint is that the washer was throwing a f8 e6 error code. washer was filled with water and not draining. I put the machine into diagnostic mode and force the drain cycle. the machine still did not drain. what's further inspection I found the customer's wire harness broke into the drain pump. I repaired the wire harness and tested the unit and the drain pump kicked on. everything tested out okay. Job complete

Lg Washer
During diagnostics, the unit was plugged in on arrivals. I could not get the panel to respond by touch. I grabbed the inner tub and turned it. As soon as I turned the inner tub, the panel started flickering on and off. Also, the bearing in the unit is bad as well as the door boot has a lot of black mold on it.
Customer had already purchased another unit.
