Whirlpool Range
customers complaint is that the unit would not ignite properly. during my diagnosis I found that the spark module and spark igniter for not communicating properly for proper igniting. this unit is only 10 months old and has a history of failing within a year to two years and causing homes to fume up with gas. due to the cost and history of the model being very problematic and unsafe from use and after formal repairs. I advise the customer to get a different range that wasn't so problematic and poorly made and designed.
Whirlpool,Amana WASHER,Dryer
I conducted diagnostics on a Whirlpool washer and an Amana dryer. The washer was reported not draining and not advancing through cycles, while the dryer had an issue with the door not opening. A total of 2 hours of diagnostic service was performed, along with 1 hour of basic labor. Parts used include WPL 280187 and WPL W10861225. Replaced pump and door handle and everything tested out okay. Job complete.
GE Dishwasher
Waited for 15-mins. Got a call from our dispatcher telling me American Home Shield gave us the wrong address. The actual address is in Rolesville. Seems the customer has had prior issues with the warranty company giving wrong info.
Whirlpool Dryer
During diagnostics, I found power coming from the board into the motor. Motor has failed.,Installed new PCB. Tested unit and found no further issues found.

During diagnostics, found the unit was unplugged on arrival. After plugging the unit in, the drain pump immediately came on. Bad PCB.

Samsung Dryer
customers complaint is that the dryer would not start and was throwing a TC or HC error code before it stopped working. during inspection and testing I found the customer reading around 20,000 OHM's of resistance and thermal fuse blown. thermistor is about 10,000 OHM's too high. which has led to overheating and causing the thermal fuse to blow out. replaced thermistor infused and tested dryer and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Frigidaire Dishwasher
replaced drain pump and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete ,customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not drain at all. we are ordering a customer a new drain pump motor. customers unit number is 213.
Samsung Washer
customers complaint as that the washer would throw a UB error code. during my diagnosis I found the tub bouncing to easily when pressing down which indicated the suspension rods we're deeply worn down. replaced suspension ruins intest unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete

customers complaint is that the ice maker would not work.
during my diagnosis I found the customer's ice maker not receiving power.
through further inspection I found the wire harness on the bottom left corner of the fridge door sliced open from rubbing against the frame of the unit.
this is a known manufacture defect with whirlpool. customer will need to reach out to Whirlpool for further assistance with the manufacture defect.
