Whirlpool DRYER
Service performed included a diagnostic assessment lasting 1 hour, followed by an additional hour of basic labor. The customer reported that the front-loaded electric dryer was not drying clothing and was not heating. The technician, Tim Briggs, utilized part WPL Wp8544771 during the service.
Kenmore DISHWASHER
customers complaint is that the dishwasher was not operating correctly. when the customer turned on the dishwasher it started blinking on the start button and the extra heat button. this area code is related to a heater issue or a power issue within the control board.
I ran service mode on the dishwasher and cleared all error codes that were stored. this issue can appear if incoming water to the dishwasher is too cold. the dishwasher during its heated wash cycle will only allow 2 minutes to reach the desired temperature which is 120° f. I advise the customer after clearing the error code to turn on the hot water at the sink before starting the dishwasher to prevent error code from reappearing and that it would help the dishwasher clean better as well. Job complete
Frigidaire Microwave
customers complaint is that the microwave will not come on at all. during my diagnosis I found the fuse blown to the microwave. this is commonly due to the latch assembly being worn down from the door latch glide. I replaced the latch assembly for the micro switches along with a new microfuse and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Lg Range,Refrigerator
Installed new touch panel. Tested unit to 350 degrees with no further issues found.

Refrigerator-Found the compressor has failed. The customer said the compressor was replaced under warranty 5-years ago.
Customer is going to purchase another unit.
Range-Found F3 code-Touch Pad Not Responding.
I tried to put the oven into a cycle with no response coming from the keypad. Faulty keypad control.
GE Dishwasher
During inspection, I noticed that the flooring in the kitchen was wet under the flooring. I removed the kick oanel from the unit and started a cycle. I could not verify a leak of any kind. It’s possible this could be an intermittent sticking inlet valve. I asked the customer to continue to use the unit, but to keep an eye on it and record any videos that show the unit is leaking. Job completed.
Maytag Refrigerator
Your refrigerator was inspected, and we identified that water was leaking into the bottom of the freezer section. Washer- Installed new dampeners. Tested unit found no further issues. Job completed.

Dryer-During diagnostics, noted the unit would heat, but take along time to dry clothes. Vent was clear. Part of the cool in the heating element is faulty. Need new element.
Washer-During diagnostics, found it was real easy to move the wash basket back and forth. I removed the back panel and found the dampners were worn.
Lg Washer
During inspection, I found that the wash plate and gear case shaft have both stripped out. The gear assembly and wash plate would need to be replaced to fix the unit.
Due to the cost of the repair, the customer has decided to replace the unit.

Samsung Dryer
A Samsung dryer was reported as not functioning, specifically that it starts and then stops, displaying an HC error with a blinking red vent light. The technician, Tim Briggs, performed a diagnostic for 1 hour, followed by an additional hour of basic labor. The part SAM DC32-00007A was used during the service.
Whirlpool Dryer
During diagnostics, I found the would power up and start a cycle, but immediately cut-off. I found the receptacle that the unit is plugged into, to be loose causing a bad connection. This will need to be transferred to an electrician. Job completed.
Lg Refrigerator
During diagnostics, the unit was warm in both the freezer and refrigerator compartments. I removed the back panel and tested the compressor. I had power to the compressor but no activity. Faulty compressor. This is a well known issue with LG refrigerators. I advised the customer to call LG as they are under a Class Action Lawsuit. Job completed.
Kenmore Washer
During diagnostics, I found the source of the leak to be the drain hose vent tube. It had come off the outer drum and was spilling water out during the drain cycle. I trimmed a piece and secured it back to the outer tub. I ran the unit through a quick cycle and found no further issues.
