Samsung Dryer
During diagnostics, the unit would turn on, but would not heat. I found the element has shorted out.
Installed new element and tested the unit. Unit is working normally. No further issues found.

HOT POINT Dishwasher
part of the customers control options or not working and the wash pump is not spraying well and back spray on wall seals to top spray arm or worn and the dishwasher is leaking from the dishwasher doors seal. all issues are not economical for repair. recommending replacement options
Maytag Dryer
customers complaint is that the dryer was taking too long to dry. found clog and customers ventilation line. removed clog and test unit and everything test it out okay. job complete
GE Cooktop
Installed new 4-prong power cable to the unit. Tested and found no further issues.
Job completed. During inspection, found the 4-prong plug has melted due to a loose receptacle. An electrician has already replaced the receptacle. We will need to order the 4-prong plug.
Kenmore Dishwasher
customers wash pump is going bad. offering replacement options. Job complete

Bolt broke loose to counter weight support. Replaced bolt and tested unit and everything tested out okay
Samsung Refrigerator
During diagnostics, I pulled the unit out and found all three drain tubes were clogged. I was able to clean the drain tubes out. I also used the steamer to remove the ice blockage in the water try below the evaporator.

during my diagnosis I found the customer's transmission leaking oil onto the motor causing the motor to act up. this is not cost effective and will be reported to the customers home warranty for replacement options.
