Whirlpool Refrigerator
During diagnostics, Inflund that the icemaker had no water inside of it. I tried to do a manual harvest and it would not cycle. I removed the icemaker and back panel. I found a plug that was going from the icemaker to the cabinet was not all the way in. This more than likely happened when I was reassembling the unit from the last visit.
I secured the plug and was able to get the icemaker to go through a harder mode.
Job completed.
During diagnostics, I found ice in the bottom of the freezer. I pulled the unit out and removed the back cover. I found the drain hose completely clogged with mold and dirt. I removed the basket and steamed the drip tray-which was frozen.
I ensured water flow through the drain hose.

Lg WASHER
The technician, Tim Briggs, was dispatched to address the reported issue of a front load washing machine not draining, specifically halting during the drain spin cycle. A diagnostic was performed, taking one hour, followed by an additional hour of basic labor. Replaced drain pump motor and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Samsung Oven Range
tightened and cleaned up high voltage plug to the unit, secured all wiring and ran a thorough test on all components and cycles and everything test out okay. Job complete
GE Oven Range
Installed all parts and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete, customers complaint is one of the burners was not regulating properly and the bake element would not come on. found burned wiring to element and infinite regulator switch was shorted out. replace the wiring and the switch and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete.
Whirlpool Washer
During diagnostics, I found that the wiring harness to the drain pump had broken. I was able to repair the wire and test. The unit is functioning normally now. Job completed.
Maytag,GE WASHER,DRYER
Service performed on washer-dryer unit due to reported issues of the washer not spinning and the dryer overheating. Two diagnostics were completed, along with basic labor for each issue. Parts used include GEH WE03X37318, WPL W10913953, and WPL W11239857. Replaced belt drive and actuator motor on washer and replaced bearing drum glides on dryer. tested both units and everything tested out okay. job complete
Whirlpool Gold DISHWASHER
cleared error code on control board preventing heater from coming on and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Frigidaire Dishwasher
no show. Had to get dispatch to reschedule. I asked dispatch to get the lock code next time so we could go in. Suring diagnostics, I could not verify the customers complaint. The unit filled, washed and drained normally. The property manager was present during the testing. Also, the is a copper line connected to the unit. I told the property manager that the copper line would have to be replaced if we ever needed to pull the unit out. The copper line would need to be replaced with a stainless steel flex hose. Job completed.
Whirlpool Range
customers complaint is that the control board would act up mid-cycle during preheat. tested the unit and found control board throwing an error code relating to an issue between the touchpad and control board itself. I placed ticket into upgrade options with American Home shield.
Frigidaire Microwave Wall Oven Combo
Service note for Frigidaire Microwave Wall Oven Combo: A diagnostic was performed for a non-functional display on the microwave, requiring 1 hour of diagnostic time and an additional 3 hours of extreme labor. The part used for the repair was FRG 5304519365. testing unit and everything tested out okay. however I did advise customer that the unit was not installed correctly and was not mounted and that it was dangerous the way that it was sitting in place. customer is going to have their general contractor resolve the mounting issue with the double wall oven. Job complete
Samsung,Samsung Washer,Dryer
Washer-During diagnostic, I found that I could very easily pouch the wash basket down by hand. Dampners are totally worn out. Clothes were going into the dryer when they were still very wet. Installed new dampners and tested the unit on Rinse and Spin. No further issues found. Dryer-I could not find any issues with the dryer. I believe the issue was caused by the clothes not being spun out during the spinning process. Job completed.
Amana Dryer
During diagnostics, I found the unit would run but not heat. When I pulled the back off the unit to gain access to the heating element, I found that the thermal device had been bypassed. The wiring harness has been cut and will need to be replaced.
