During diagnostics, I found water inside the unit on arrival and it was unplugged. I plugged the unit in and could not get it to drain. I found the harness to the drain pump had shorted. I fixed the wrong to the drain pump and tested. Unit is operating normally. No further issues found. Job completed.

The washer, a Whirlpool model, was reported to start but get stuck during the sensing cycle. A diagnostic was performed, taking 1 hour, followed by an additional hour of basic labor. The technician utilized part WPL W11513248 to address the issue. Job complete

customers main control board has back shorted again due to a faulty drain pump. customer will need a new control board and drain pump again to resolve issue. first American putting unit into replacement

customers complaint is that they heard a big thump noise and the washer stopped working. during my diagnosis I found the customer's tub assembly had broken loose from the back support. I'm assembly is over $650 plus oversized shipping. washer is not cost effective for repair. recommending replacement and customers Home warranty.

During diagnostics, I noted a noise coming from the blower area. I disassembled the unit and found a quarter was inside the blower. Removed the quarter, reassembled and tested. No further issues found.

Durinf diagnostics, I found that the unit is heating. However, the door has broken at the bottom door hinge of the unit. When opening the door, the whole door pops out of place. Also, the light inside the microwave is not working.
