Fixed Filling issue with water inlet valve and test unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
GE Dishwasher
Installed new display board and tested the unit. I found no further issues. Job completed. During diagnostics, found the unit had power coming in, but would not power up. Found the PCB to be faulty. After installing the new PCB, I still had no power to the UI. I found that the UI was the initial issue that I failed to find. There is a short in the UI board. We will need to order a new UI board and put the PCB in stock.
Samsung Cooktop
replaced both regulator switches and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Frigidaire Refrigerator
During inspection, I tried to fill a glass with water. The unit would “hum” but not deliver any water. I found that the water was turned off under the sink. After turning the water on, I again tried to fill a glass with water. The water started leaking inside and out onto the floor. I found the filter housing is cracked and creating the leak.
I told the tenant they would need to replace the water filter and that would remedy the issue. If not, call us back.

customers complaint is that the door handle broke off. during inspection I found that the door handle broke off due to the fact that is over 30 years old and it was completely worn down from normal use. this is normal wear and tear. the door handle is showing completely discontinued. reporting all findings to customers Home warranty
Whirlpool Dishwasher
Insatlled new PCB and tested with customer present. Unit is operating normally.
Job completed.,During diagnostics, I found that the unit would fill and drain, but would not circulate any water. I tested and found I had no power at the circulation pump. Bad PCB.
Electrolux Dryer
replaced moisture sensor and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Whirlpool Range,Dishwasher
Replaced controls on Range and dishwasher and everything tested out okay. Job complete, customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not come on at all and that when operating for range for the initial big cycle it would not cancel after starting. found a broken wire underneath the dishwasher and repaired it however the dishwasher is still having control board issues along with some plumbing problems as well. dishwasher is not getting water and the touchpad is not responding appropriately and the control is acting up. customer will need a new touchpad and main control for the dishwasher and a main control for the range to resolve all issues. customer reaching out to plumber fix the water issue.
Lg Washer
Installed all new dampners. Reset and tested the unit and found no further issues.
Job completed. During diagnostics, I found I could push the tub done to the floor with my hand very easily. Dampners are worn out causing the imbalance issue.
Had to order the parts. couldn’t match a set that was on the truck.
Lg Refrigerator
We have completed a basic repair on your refrigerator to address the issue of insufficient ice production, which you previously reported. During this service, we installed the necessary part (L-G MJX61892901) to enhance the ice-making functionality. Customers complaint is that the refrigerator was making ice too slowly again. After diagnosis, I found the new ice maker motor in test mode still functioning perfectly; however, the ice maker was not getting enough water pressure during its fill cycle from the inlet valve assembly. The inlet valve that we got was not for the ice maker. Apparently, there are three separate valves. Ordering the correct valve.
GE Washer
During diagnostics, I found that the inlet water valve is leaking water. The bigger issue I found, was the transmission is leaking all over the belt. At that point, I told the customer the transmission would need to be replaced.
Customer is going to buy another unit.
