Whirlpool DISHWASHER
Customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not drain. removed drain plug on garbage disposal. Job complete
Whirlpool Dryer
customers complaint is that the dryer would not start. during my diagnosis I found the customers dryer exhaust fuse blown. replace the thermal fuse and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Maytag,Kenmore Dishwasher,Dryer
Dryer-The unit is operating normally. Custoker wanted me to remove lint from the unit. ai told him warranty would not cover removing lint from the dryer and that he would be responsible for paying.
Dishwasher-The u operates normally. However, the plastic console piece is broken where you grab the door to open it (see pic). The customer has to use a flathead screwdriver to “pop” it open from the side.
GE Range
customer needs a new touch pad and ui plug to resolve issues.
GE Microwave Wall Oven Combo
During diagnostics, Inwas unable to put the microwave into a cycle. The display and microwave control is not responding. Need to replace the display and controller. AHS has approved the repair and will supply the parts.
Electrolux Microwave
Insatlled new components. I tested the unit and found it still was not heating. It started “humming” real loud after the capacitor and high-voltage diode replacement. I installed a new magnetron, and the unit started heating.
Job completed. During diagnostics, I found the display is not working at all. The light to the unit comes on when you open the door. However, the display panel will not respond to touch and does not light up. After installing the new display PCB, the unit powered up. I selected a “quick” cycle to test heating. The unit is not heating. This was not previously known because of the display board being faulty.
Capacitor and high-voltage diode needs to be replaced.

welding to dishwasher hinge broke loose from tub assembly as well as other mechanical issues with the dishwasher. tub assembly is almost the cost of the dishwasher itself. recommended replacement

replaced thermal fuse on dryer and tested everything. Job complete
Samsung Range
During diagnostics, I found the bake igniter has failed. I installed a new bake igniter and tested the unit. No further issues found.

dishwasher solenoid diverter was stuck. it has been recently replaced by another company incorrectly. fixed the proper install and the dishwasher is draining properly now.
customers dryer is 30+ years old and the motor has gone out along with other mechanical breakdown. look at the customer's range and the door is broken along with other mechanical breakdown as well. the range is also 30 plus years old.
recommended replacement on dryer and range for customer through American Home shield. Job complete
Samsung Refrigerator
During diagnostics, I checked the temperature of the refrigerator and freezer.
Freezer 8 degrees
Refrigerator 41 degrees.
I found no issues with the evap fan or blend door. No frost build up in the freezer section. This is consistent with compressor failure. I informed the customer of the Class Action Lawsuit that Samsung is under right now do to their compressors prematurely failing.
Customer is going to contact Samsung.
