Samsung Dryer
Replaced defective thermistor and tested dryer and everything tested out okay. Job Complete

installed new board and tested unit and everything tested out okay.Job complete ,customers complaint is that the washer would not start or operate and throwing an error code for the door being left open.
during my diagnosis I found the customer striker broken as well as a piece stuck in the door lock mechanism itself. ordering a new striker and door lock for the customer.,after replacing lock assembly, the door opens and shuts as normal. however, the customer's motherboard is not sending power to operate the door lock. We will need to order a new motherboard to resolve issues.
GE Washer
I installed all new dampners and PCB. Tested unit and found no further issues.

During inspection, I found the control board power button is intermittently working when you push on it.
Also, both shocks are completely worn making it easy to push the basket all the was down to the ground by hand.
AHS is ordering the parts.
Whirlpool DISHWASHER
fixed drainage issue with dishwasher. tested unit and everything tested out okay. job complete
Maytag WASHER
Cleared error code and ran a test cycle and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Kitchenaid Dishwasher
During inspection, I found the circulation pump was not operating.
I installed a new pump. Tested unit and found no further issues.

Frigidaire Microwave
door assembly is broken. recommended replacement.
GE Dryer
During inspection of the unit, I found that the dryer drum belt has broken again. I found the dryer motor pulleys grooves were clogged with rubber debris. I believe this was from the previous belt breakage. The belt wasn’t gripping the pulley correctly and therefore broke when a load was put into the dryer.
Belt replaced under warranty.

replaced control board and pressure hose on washer and replaced broken door on microwave and everything tested out okay between both units. Job complete
Lg Dryer
During inspection of the unit, I found no fault code. Customer told me she had the vents cleaned about a week ago. Since that service was done, she had not seen the “Flow Sense” light come back on. I could not verify the customers complaint at this time. Job completed.
HOT POINT Washer
During inspection of the unit, I found oil has been leaking from the transmission onto the drive components. The belt has become saturated with oil and is coming apart. Also, the clutch is saturated with oil and will need to be replaced.
Due to the cost of the repair, the customer is going to purchase another unit

replaced bearing guide and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete, customer needs a new bearing drum support and lint filter.
