GE Washer,Dryer
I installed new parts on the washer (PCB) and dryer (upper bearing). Tested both units and found no further issues.
Job completed.
,Dryer-The unit started making a loud banging noise after about 10-mins of Normal cycle. Found the dryer drum has started to eat into the plastic housing on the front bearing.
Washer-The unit will stop intermittently during spin cycle. The customer had to push the start butting to get the unit to finish the cycle. I found the dampners are normal. Control board issue.
AHS has approved both repairs and is supplying the parts.
Whirlpool Oven Range
customers complaint is that both the front burners were not regulating temperature properly. I replaced both regulating / infinite switches to help regulate the burners properly. tested the unit and everything tested out okay. job complete
Lg,Kenmore Washer,Dryer
replaced actuator motor and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete ,customers complaint is that the drum was hanging low on the dryer and the washer was not starting and throwing an e6 error code. identified fault of the error code on the washer as a bad actuator / shifter motor and the customers back drum seal was ripped and support Wheels were not supporting the drum properly. replaced the drum seal and support Wheels and ordering customer new shifter actuator for the washer.
Samsung Washer
During testing, I found I could easily push the washtub basket down by hand.
I installed new dampners and tested unit. No further issues found.

Kitchenaid Refrigerator
While disassembling the unit, I found that the ice build up was way worse than originally thought. I could not remove the shelf due to then 1/2” ice build up that the shelving was stuck in. I had to steam for 1-hour to be able to remove the shelving. I installed the housing and checked for leaks. No further issues found. Job completed.
Maytag Washer
customers complaint is that the washer was dead and would not unlock. I verified the main cause of the shorted out control board. I tested the lid lock for proper continuity. door lid lock tested bad and the main control board was not sending power to the display. customer would need a new PCB control board and lid lock however do the cost the customer has decided to replace the unit. gave customer a list of recommendations and completed out the job. Job complete
GE Dishwasher
customers complaint is that the dishwasher was leaking. I found the customers drain hose had a hole in it to the drain pump. replaced hose with truck stock and tested unit and everything tested out okay. job complete
Kitchenaid DISHWASHER
customers complaint is that the dishwasher was not heating at all. formed factory diagnostic and tested heater and the heater came on. however there was a fault stored in the control board for incoming water to cold. I performed a technical data reset on the board and everything tested out okay. Job complete
GE Dryer
During inspection, I found the dryer drum belt has broken and the upper drum slides are worn.
I installed a new drum belt and two upper drum slides. Tested unit and found no further issues.
Job completed.
Whirlpool Dryer
customers complaint is that the drum would not rotate. found customers built broken on the dryer and replaced and everything tested out okay. Job complete
