GE DISHWASHER
clogged pressure switch. cleaned out switch and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Kenmore Dishwasher
customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not drain. found the drain pump to beat the cause of the issue so I replaced it with truck stock and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
GE Refrigerator
During inspection, I found the door baffle is not seating all the way when the door is closed. This is allowing warm air to enter into the refrigerator.
Also, after about 15 mins of running, the units evap fan starting pulsing slow to high. I told the customer the PCB is causing the evap fan to pulse.
Customer said she had a ticket in at GE for the issues associated with the refrigerator.
I told her to pull on the baffle to make sure it was sealing. if the unit kept icing in the back, we would need to replace the PCB and possibly the door baffle.
Whirlpool Dryer
During inspection, I found the heater wire, the dryer thermostat and the dryer thermal fuse had shorted out.
I installed a new thermal fuse, thermostat and heater wire to the element. Tested unit and found no further issues.
Job completed.
GE WALL OVEN
installed bake element and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete ,ordering new bake element for customer
Frigidaire Refrigerator
Installed new dispenser. Tested unit and found no further issues.

During inspection, I found the water dispenser lever has broken and is activating the micro switch that controls the water/ice flow.
We will need to replace the entire assembly to remedy the issue.
GE Dishwasher
customers complaint is that the dishwasher would not heat. during my diagnostic I found the customer's flood switch completely shorted out which was not allowing continuity to come to the heater. I replaced the switch and tested the unit and everything tested out okay. also adviced customer about the rust issue on their dish rack and that their home warranty did not cover the dish rack rust issue. I did inform customer how to buy their part outside the warranty. Job complete
Samsung DRYER
replaced heating element and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Kenmore,Kenmore DRYER,WASHER
customers complaint is at the dryer would not shut off during drying and the dryer was also making a squeaking noise, they also called in a washer that was shaking too much. during my diagnosis I found the customers dryer moisture sensor bars covered with fabric softener build up and one of the baffles was coming loose. I cleaned off the moisture sensor bars and tightened one of the baffles and tested the unit on a quick dry cycle. there was no noise present and the cycle ended. during the high-speed spin on the washer I did not notice a abnormal amount of shaking for a front load washer. no major mechanical failure found with customers washer. everything has been tested on a full cycle and everything is fully operational. Job complete

Electrolux WASHER
customers complaint is that the washer would not signing properly and the washer was leaking in the front. I found debris buildup on the glass causing it not to seal properly and the drain filter was clogged with debris as well. performed a proper cleaning and fixed issue with the drain filter and everything tested out okay. customers tub assembly has broken loose. this is a 25 plus year old Maytag Neptune washer. most of the parts are in NLA. recommending replacement on washing machine. Job complete
