Kitchenaid Refrigerator
During inspection, I found the drain hose was totally clogged with sediment. I removed the drain hose and cleared out the clog. Job completed.
GE MICROWAVE
installed control board and tested unit and everything tested out okay. job complete, customers complaint is that the buttons are acting up on the control board. requesting both parts from customers warranty company.

installed a new sensor and PCB control board. tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete, during my diagnosis the customer was having an issue with their LG dishwasher throwing an ie error code and the GE Range was throwing an f3 error code. both codes were related to sensing issues between the control board and temp sensor and water pressure sensor. customer reported also smelling a burnt rubber smell which is related to a control board burning up. requested new controls and new sensors for both the dishwasher and the range.

located the leak on the dishwasher and used necessary part within truck stock to complete repair. test unit and everything tested out okay. job complete
Samsung MICROWAVE
replaced high limit fuse and tested the unit and everything tested out okay. job complete
GE Washer
customers complaint is that the washer but not spin out their clothes. during my diagnosis I found the customer's washer would continuously drain and not lock. I tested the door lit lock and manually locked it to see if the washer would spin out. the control forced it to unlock after manually setting it in place. I also noticed a lot of transmission fluid leaking onto the belt drive system and slinging into the motor. it appears that the transmission has leaked and slug oil into the motor causing a back short. this is not cost-effective for the customer. customers purchasing a new unit..
Whirlpool DISHWASHER
replaced control and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete ,during my diagnosis I found the customers dishwasher blinking seven times on the clean light indicating that the heater had burned out. I test the heater and thermal fuse and both components tested out okay. unable to clear the error code on the control. customer needs a new control board.
Samsung Washer
customers complaint is that the washer will not drain out or spin out the clothes. during my diagnosis I found the drain pipe shoved now too far allowing for an improper draining or possible siphoning issue, second I found the cold water turned off and turned it back on to the washer, third I found the control panel had been disassembled and the plug being pulled loose from the main board. I fixed the console issue and tested the unit with two towels and the unit ran through just fine with no issues on a quick cycle. Job complete
Whirlpool Dishwasher
Installed new circulation pump and verified operation.
Job completed. During testing, I found that the circulation pump has failed. Tapping on the pump will cause it to work. I believe the pump going out is what caused the PCB to fail prematurely.
AHS has approved the repair and is supplying the parts.
Whirlpool Dishwasher
customers dishwasher was not washing. customer has had the wash pump replaced twice within 5 years through their extended warranty along with a new heater. this would be the third wash pump outside their warranty. I recommend a better dishwasher due to the history of the wash pump failing so soon. Job complete
Maytag Dryer
customers dryer vent was smashed and not allowing for proper air flow and drying.
GE Cooktop
customers complaint is that the door burner would not come on. during my diagnosis I found the burner burned out along with the switch was deeply worn. I replaced the switch and burner and tightened up some connections from previous repairs from the past that were not appropriately adjusted and tested the unit and everything tested out okay.
