customers complaint is that the icemaker was not working I found the line and the housing inside the ice maker Frozen I cleared the lines and the ice maker harvested and filled with water. everything should be good to go within a 24-hour period

Microwave-Door assembly is broken where the door connects to the hinge. The entire door assembly will need to be replaced. AHS is going to try and find the door.
Range-Oven door seal is non-serviceable and will need to be replaced. AHS has approved the repair.

customer complaint is that the burner was sparking and not coming on. during my diagnosis I found a burned up plug to the burner. add a new plug and tested unit and everything tested out okay. job complete

During testing, I found I had little to no water coming into the unit on a “Quick Wash” cycle. I found the inlet water valve assembly is sticking.
Installed new water inlet valve. Tested the unit and found no further issues.

Replaced heater coil and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete

During testing, I could not verify the customers complaint. I pulled the top and rear panels off to visually inspect for any damage. There were no codes when I put the unit into “Test Mode”. I did find that the drain hose was shoved further down into the drain pipe than it should be. I repositioned the drain hose. Advise customer to call us back if the issue persist. Job completed.

Whirlpool Refrigerator
During inspection, I found ice in the bottom of the freezer section. I found that the drain tube was clogged. I was able to clean out the drain tube and restore natural operation of the unit. Job completed.
