Whirlpool Washer
GE Dishwasher
replaced the seals on the dishwasher and tested unit and everything tested out okay job complete.,customers complaint is that the dishwasher was leaking. during my diagnosis I found the door seal baffle on the left side leaking along with the main door seal also not sealing properly. we will need to replace both seals to resolve issues.
Whirlpool Washer,Dryer
customers complaint is that the washer had a leak and the dryer would not heat at all.
Washer- during my diagnosis I found transmission fluid leaking out the transmission on the washer. not cost-effective recommend replacement.
Dryer- during my diagnosis I found the customers high limit thermostat not regulating temperature properly which blew the fuse. replaced thermostat and fuse and test unit and everything tested out okay. sent report to AHS.
GE Dishwasher
customers complaint is that the dishwasher was not washing well and there was some noise coming from the drain pump. during my diagnosis I ran the drain cycle and the noise has seemed to fix itself as the debris has probably been kicked out through the drain hose and I found boat spray arms not spinning due to debris buildup. cleaned out both spray arms and advise customer for the best cycle for cleaning dishes. job complete
Whirlpool Dryer
During inspection, I found that the motor pulley broke, which also caused the drum belt to break.
I installed a new motor pulley and drum belt.
Tested unit and found it to be operating normally.
Job completed.
Whirlpool Gold COOKTOP
customers knobs were stripped out on the Range. sent some new ones to the customer.
Frigidaire Dryer
Installed new start switch and tested the unit. Unit is operating normally.
During inspection, I found that for the unit to work, you have to hold down the “start” switch.
Bad start switch.
Job completed.
Samsung Dryer
customers complaint is that the dryer would not heat at all. derma diagnosis I found the heating element shorted out. replaced heating element and tested unit and everything tested out okay.
Amana Dishwasher
During testing, I could not verify the customers complaint. I started a cycle in front of the customer and the unit functioned normally. I tried 4 different cycles and the unit operated normally. This could be an intermittent issue. Job completed.
Kitchenaid DISHWASHER
During inspection, I noticed that someone has been inside the unit previously. The door was not correctly put back together. Also, the metal bracket that holds the PCB and door switch has been bent to the point where it will also need replacing. The PCB shorted out and fried the board. Both door panels are bent and are missing screws as well. First American is going to replace the unit.
HOT POINT Oven Range
installed new igniter and control and tested unit and everything tested out okay.
Lg Dryer
Installed new rollers and tested unit. Unit is operating normally.
Job completed. ,During inspection, I found two of the drum rollers have failed.
