It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Mike. He is a fantastic technician and a very nice gentleman. The stove was fixed in minutes. It was a pleasant experience!!

Hello!
I'm sorry for the confusion, however, you did not spend $138 for your booking. Our service fee is $119 and we did not receive a 24 hr cancellation notice. We received a text during closing hours the night before your morning appointment at 8:00 a.m. the next day.
Texting to cancel your appointment the night before your appointment does not qualify for a full refund due to our cancellation policy. However, as a courtesy we gave you a partial refund.
We hope this clarifys the confusion on what we refunded.
