Mr Mike S. Was prompt, informative, professional and considerate. He came in introduced himself and his goal and went to work on my oven. This is first time requesting service after paying fees for a year and so far so good. My stove was diagnosed, submitted parts and determined to be -COVERED-THANK GOD! I didn’t mention I’m a 68 year old disabled US Army Vet and definitely on a tight fixed budget.only price to pay WAS my service fee and the return trip to install my parts is covered in my one service fee. This was our first unfortunate experience with Called to Repair. I explained the problem last week, they gave me a Tuesday AM appt, and said that I would get a call or text Monday afternoon, and again Tuesday AM when the professional was on his way. I emphasized and reiterated 2 points: 1) Please come to our 130 address FIRST, where I would be waiting, so I could introduce them to our tenants in 128 ( a refugee family from Afghanistan, which I also explained). 2) Please use MY phone # 919-967-0862. And I told the Afghani family that I would give them a heads up. There was no call or text Monday afternoon. So I called your office Tuesday morning, and was told someone would be there between 10 AM and 1 PM, and I would get an advance notification. Again my phone # was confirmed. And then nothing...until Mike called my wife's phone, pulling her out of a meeting, and said he was done and was already leaving! And that "possibly the lightning-strike had something to do with it, but it was full of bugs and is not worth fixing." No further discussion! All in all, not a satisfying experience.

I had a very pleasant experience with Call to Repair services. I was able to get my refrigerator looked at within a couple of days and the technician, Mike was very professional! I loved how he came in and diagnosed the issue and talked through every step! Repair prices are reasonable too. Would definitely use this company again.

Mike from Called To Repair made two visits to repair our built-in microwave oven as part of our home warranty claim. He successfully diagnosed and repaired the microwave, and it is now working perfectly.

Mike provide excellent customer service. He fixed the issue with the washing machine very fast. If I have issues again, I hope that I’m able to have Mike come out for the job
