I am appreciative of the prompt response to my broken washer. Mr. Stidham was very pleasant and assuring that he understood the problem and prescribed the best outcome.

After multiple visits from Assist, I finally have resolution. Even though I did not receive the promised return call from American Home Shield, sending Called to Repair as a reputable repair company brought a sense of honesty and competence.
