Tim was awesome. He diagnosed my dryer problem within 5 minutes and had it fixed within another 5. It was a very simple problem (for him)! First of all, usually I expect the "contact us" forms on websites to be black holes, but surprisingly they responded within the day when I submitted a message there. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Tim was friendly and explained and fixed the issue with our refrigerator.
