He was on time, efficient, couryeous, polite, professional and explained the repair situation clearly and communicated the situation to our home warranty company, American Home Shield. We were very impressed with his professionalism and clarity, both were much appreciated. He represented a highly proficient professional profile for himself and his company.

Did a great job and respected my home

I had Tim and his brother come out to my home to repair my Amana Dryer. Both were so very courteous, detail oriented and precise in their knowledge of servicing my appliance. Pricing was very reasonable and Tim cleaned out my dryer and made it look and work like new!! Excellent work!!

Excellent service from Mike in Durham. He walked us through all the potential problems with our dryer system (the final diagnosis - blocked ventilation under the house - was not something his company repairs). He completely dismantled (and put back together) our dryer, cleaned out buckets of lint, and tested for all possible issues - all while kindly talking through his process. Reasonable price and great service.
