Tim did a great job fixing my dishwasher, very professional and fast.

He came to my house to fix the dishwasher. Told me it was mouse pee and told me to call an exterminator. My dog who is 80lb couldn't have peed that much. But I let it go and called lowes back.
He got mad that I posted a bad review and offered to come back at no charge because the dishwasher was still having issues. Even though I cleaned up supposed mouse pee!
He then said it was the plumbing that was the issue. Ok so I had plumbers come out and they fixed issues that they said could have caused it. Unlikely but could!
Guess what?! Still same code BIT NOW MY WARRANTY THAT I PAID FOR IS VOIDED AND HE WONT CALL ME BACK!

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Many traffic issues today with Interstate shutdown but Tim made it, quickly diagnosed issue and presented repair and cost estimates in an understandable manner. Washer is working and 4 to 6 times cheaper than a new one.
