Absolutely *excellent* experience with Called to Repair. Mike gave me such a clear explanation of not just what was wrong, but why it happened in the first place. He I informed me of pricing and remained transparent about it through the process. And the company as a whole has communicated with me well and directly on scheduling. Big help with my LG washer/dryer tower.

Mike was excellent in diagnosing the issue with our dishwasher. Unfortunately it wasn’t something that was economical to fix, and Mike was very upfront & honest about that. He gave us suggestions on a replacement as well as tips to use with the new one. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish, and the email & text updates were very appreciated. Overall it was an excellent experience with Called to Repair, would definitely use them again!

Mr. Tim Briggs from Called To Repair was awesome and pleasant technician that assisted my family with our cooktop range. He was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend for any of your appliance needs.

We went through our home warranty company to have repairs made on our dryer. Mike was punctual, communicated clearly, was respectful of our home, kept things clean, and was a very friendly guy! Even though the repair was complicated and the parts difficult to source, he was determined to make the repair, returning more than once to get the job done. He was also honest when we asked about a refrigerator repair, stating that he didn’t do refrigerator repairs - not overstating what he could do to gain business. That instills confidence 👍🏼

Excellent service from Called to Repair LLC which assigned through AHS. They were very responsive and prompt in communication, from scheduling the service visit to follow-up. Mike, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, he installed the new PCB board, thoroughly tested the washer, and confirmed everything was working properly before leaving. The appointment was well organized and on time. Very happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend Called to Repair LLC.
