We encountered an unexpected issue with our GE front loader which left the family unable to wash clothes. For those of you with large families you know that can be a problem. I reached out to the Mebane Facebook group and the first person who responded recommended Tim with Called to Repair. I called while they were closed but within an hour Tim called me back and made our problem a priority for Monday afternoon. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service right off the bat. When Tim showed up I wasn’t home but explained everything to my wife and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. Not only that, he had the parts on his truck to make the repair the same day. Tim went above and beyond and showed us how to do basic maintenance on a very expensive unit that needs to be serviced regularly. I couldn’t have asked for a better response and resolution to a very stressful problem.

Called to Service is family owned. If you look at their Google reviews, 5 stars across the board, and that’s for a reason. This is the type of business that I’m willing to give my money to rather than having Lowe’s come out which is where I got the unit 2.5 years ago.

My dryer had an issue so I contacted my home warranty company who dispatched Called To Repair. The appointment was made quickly via text. They texted also when the technician (Mike) was on his way and when he arrived. Once there he quickly diagnosed the problem and communicated that to me and to my warranty company. He also found that my dryer vent needing professional cleaning and was able to recommend another company to do that. This was a great experience and I would absolutely use this company again!! I highly recommend.

Mike came out to repair my stove. He took the time to investige, explain the issues, and make further recommendations. As it turns out, he determined that a company that previously serviced my stove had installed the wrong part. Grateful for honest and conscientious people.
