Great and honest company but let me talk about my technician Mike for a second. This guy is very knowledgeable with many, many years of experience. Honesty and integrity are the best words I can use to describe him. I’m sure they have other amazing technicians that work there but Mike is my go-to every time I use Called To Repair.
We highly recommend Called to Repair. When our dryer quit working, I dreaded the process of searching Nextdoor to find a repair service. Fortunately my husband remembered our son had used Called to Repair and had been very happy with them. Now this repair service can add our household to its list of fans! Tim Briggs got our 22-year-old whirlpool dryer running again for the time being but was up-front that it was nearing the end of its lifespan, and offered good advice about replacing it.
Mr. Mike was very friendly and took all the time needed to diagnose the problem and then help us understand with our options. Would definitely highly recommend!
