Customer complaint: Does Not Turn On the lights are on but the unit itself is not. Initial visit (Oct 21) — Tim B: During my diagnosis found the dishwasher was frozen up and would not start. I reset the power and waited 5 minutes and turned it back on and the dishwasher started working again. Control Board just needed a reboot. Outcome: Repaired.
