Electrolux Cooktop
During diagnostics, the unit was turned off at the breaker on arrival. I flipped the breaker to get power. I tested and had power at the junction block. The unit would not respond to touch at all. I could not get the unit to power up. Also, after flipping the breaker on, the touch panel glass starts to get hot where the power button is. Faulty touch panel and PCB.
Admiral WASHER
performed a factory reset on control board and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Frigidaire Range
I installed new parts and tested the unit to 350 degrees. Unit is functioning normally again.
Job completed. During testing, I found one code.
F-16 Potential Meter Arm Failure
The unit will operate on broil, but not bake. Both elements tested good.
Will need to replace both oven potentiometers.
Maytag Dryer
customers complaint is at the dryer was taking too long to dry during my diagnosis I found that the dryer was not blowing outside very well. I advised a dryer vent cleaning was needed to resolve the issue. however during my inspection of the dryer vent I found the customers vent loose from the inside and not properly secured at all. customer mentioned that the entire house felt Dusty from dryer lint. I inspected around the vent and saw that there was a air leak within the ventilation system causing lent to go inside the ceilings of the walls. customer needs a contractor to open up the ceiling and fix the dryer vent system.
GE Dishwasher
Insatlled new parts. Teated unit and found no further issues. Job completed.
During inspection, I found a leak at the sump assembly. Also there is an intermittent inlet water valve that is sticking.
Samsung Washer
Service performed on a Samsung washer that was reported not draining and not advancing through cycles. Diagnostic work was conducted for 1 hour, followed by basic labor for an additional hour. I used part SAM DC31-00187A and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Samsung Dryer
Fixed stuck relay on control board and tested unit and everything tested out okay. Job complete
Lg Refrigerator
During inspection, I pulled the unit out and removed the back cover. I found the drain hose is not clogged and there is water at the bottom of the catch pan.
defrost and cooling sensors checked good. The noise is coming from the compressor. This exact model is also apart of a lawsuit for the linear compressors. I advised customer to call LG and see about a replacement or compressor repair.

GE Dryer
During diagnostics, I found the heating element has shorted out.
I installed a new heating element. Tested the unit and found it to be operating normally. No further issues found.
Job completed.
Whirlpool Cooktop
Installed new manifold gas assembly. Testwd unit and found no further issues.
Job completed. ,During inspection, I found that the gas valve for the middle burner is seized and cannot be turned.
This valve is attached to the manifold. Looks like we have to order the entire manifold assembly, as I cannot see the valve separate like the others are.
Whirlpool Dishwasher
During diagnostics, I found a code on arrival that was flashings FA-E4 Divertor Valve Issue. I removed the door panel and found live pests inside the door (see picture) The pests have gotten inside the PCB and shorted it out. This is a nest.
Whirlpool Washer,Dryer
Installed cover hold down.
Job completed. I installed all new parts. Tesyed unit and found it to be operating normally.
