customers complaint is that the keypad would not work properly on the control board along with the microwave not heating. during my diagnosis I found the magnetron had shorted out due to the capacitor not producing enough voltage capacity allowing the microwave to struggle and get too hot which initially caused a back short and to the main control board. recommending replacement to customers Home warranty
Lg Washer
customers complaint is that the washer had a smell to it along with a error code indicating a problem with incoming water. during my diagnosis I found the customers in the valve assembly clogged with sediment buildup. I cleaned it out and tested the unit and everything was testing out just fine. instructor customer on how to possibly get rid of smell. Job complete

During diagnostics, I found the “Bake” igniter was faulty. I installed new “Bake” igniter and tested unit to 350 degrees. No further issues found. Job completed.

During inspection, when initiated a cycle, I immediately found a large leak coming from underneath the unit. I found the pump seal has failed causing the leak. Installed new parts and tested unit. No further issues found. Job completed.
